resize

Hi,

I am trying to put my resizable bar on the bottom of the popup.
However when there is a dropdown in the popup, the resize div is hovering the dropdown menu (when the dropdown is opened).
I need that the resize div is right below the rnd div and the popup is below it, instead of the contrary as today.
Is it possible?
