This is fork form ros-drivers / nmea_gps_driver and modify for NovAtel DPGS unit Include the initiaization string to setup proper setting for NovAtel DPGS unit to avoid binary data mix with NMEA string
Tested on NovAtel Propak V3 / NovAtel Propak LB+ unit
