PlaceholderAPI Support for BungeeCord.
WARNING: Alone this plugin will do nothing, this is only a very lightweight API to support PlaceholderAPI on BungeeCord.
I didn't find this anywhere. I only found this closed Feature Request, but nothing else.
To use it, just put the latest JAR from here in your BungeeCord plugins folder and the same one again, in your Bukkit, Spigot or Paper plugins folder.
