Connect your PS4 directly to PC via LAN cable. Set up your PS4 for manual ethernet connection via PPPoE - insert any username/password. Use "Test Internet Connection" on console. Launch script and enter path of selected bin. If it worked, it will send and load payload on console. Send me error reports. Should work on PS4 11.00 and lower, maybe PS5 8.20 and lower.
