mushrooms
Classification system to detect toxic mushrooms.
Setup
The project comes with pre-trained models. Therefore, only python requirements have to be installed:
pip install -r requirements.txt
Classifying new mushrooms
Novel data can be classified using src/models/predict_model.py
. It expects a CSV file with headers. The expected CSV fields can be found data/raw/mushrooms.csv
.
Usage: predict_model.py [OPTIONS] INPUT_FILEPATH [MODEL]
INPUT_FILEPATH A CSV containing mushrooms. The file should contain a CSV header.
MODEL a filepath to a pickled classification model.
Options:
--help Show this message and exit.
