This repository/workspace manages any common resources that are not region-specific.
DNS
Manages authoritative zones with custom name servers.
Each zone will need to have glue and NS records added to the parent zone to delegate
the subdomain to AWS name servers. Run the delegations.py script to generate a
configuration snippet for a bind zone file.
