libvbstd is an open source implementation of the Visual Basic for
Applications (VBA) standard library.  libvbstd is the standard library
for the Brainsick code compiler (bscc); Brainsick is an open source
compiler for the classic, pre.NET, Visual Basic (VB) language.

libvbstd is free software; see the file COPYING for the full text of
the license.  libvbstd fully works on Wine, which runs on GNU/Linux.
Wine is free software.

The file INSTALL contains instructions on building and installing this
library.
