OS X build instructions (with MacPorts) for the current AVR GNU toolchain components (including avr-binutils, avr-gcc, and avr-libc-2.0.0); AVRDUDE patching; and the Olimex-ISP-MK2 firmware update. These instructions may be useful for other UN*X / BSD host operating systems.
