Domains are deprecated

Hey.

The nodejs docs are saying that domains are deprecated and that using them should be avoided at all costs (http://nodejs.org/api/domain.html)

Where does that leave this project?

Well if they get fully removed I'd likely make a new piece of middleware
using whatever alternative the node team puts forward, or use whatever
solution is popular with the community.
