Our proprietary algorithm determines the hottest and newest songs from the Billboard Top 100 list each week.

  • Refactor methods for generating charts as helpers in separate files
  • Use Postgres db instead of storing on the file system
  • Refactor the app to use React JS
  • improve UI e.g add colors, add cover art to each song make it appealing
  • Confirm automatic data refresh each week
  • Deploy to Heroku
