[Pandas version] Warning raised with pandas > 2.01

Describe the bug
At the moment brightwind library requires Pandas <=2.0.1. For a new release compatibility issues will need to be solved for latest version of Pandas.
e.g the following future warnings are raised with Pandas=2.1.1
