A way of centralizing scientific articles for reading during the development of the work that will be the subject of my dissertation for the postgraduate program in Electrical Engineering, area of Information and Communication Technology, obviously, developed around the encoder, state of the art in terms of video coding, H .266 / Versatile Video Coding (VVC), as can be seen from the content of the texts stored here. To this end, the VVC reference software, VVC Test Model (VTM), in version 18.2, is being used.
