mindustry updater

this is a simple updater for mindustry just run Mindustry.sh for linux and, Mindustry.cmd for windows

NOTE: when running the command files (sh/cmd) expects jre and python to be installed and in your path.
if your running this from the folder you downloaded from itch.io you need to run updater_from_itch.py insted of the command scripts
