What is Object Builder?

Object Builder is an editor for creating graphic objects for OTClient. You can edit or add new items, outfits, effects or missiles to your client.

Some features:

  • It's faster to load or compile your projects.
  • Import or export your objects as sprite sheet.
  • Support for transparent sprites.
  • You're able to cut the imported images.

Windows

If you don't want to install the Abobe AIR:

  1. Download the Portable version with the captive runtime.

Or

  1. Install the [Adobe AIR] (http://get.adobe.com/air/)
  2. Install the latest release

Mac OS X

  1. Install the [Adobe AIR] (http://get.adobe.com/air/)
  2. Install the latest release

Ubuntu

Adobe AIR isn't officially supported under Linux anymore, but it's easy enough to run the Object Builder using Wine.

  1. Install Wine, winetricks and wininet if you don't already have them:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine1.7 winetricks
winetricks wininet
  1. Download the latest commit with the captive runtime.
  2. Uncompress the file, right-click in ObjectBuilder.exe and set to open with Wine Windows Program Loader.
