This is the code described in this enlive tutorial.
To run the example, type lein run and navigate to http://localhost:8080/herd_changes/new.
A more complete example of merging Enlive and Noir can be found here. As of July 29, 2011, pieces and parts are spread all over the ground as I'm coming to terms with all the libraries and frameworks I'll be using. It should become more stable by September of that year.
