This repository belongs to the paper Skill Extraction from Job Postings using Weak Supervision in Proceedings of RecSys in HR'22: The 2nd Workshop on Recommender Systems for Human Resources, in conjunction with the 16th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems, September 18--23, 2022, Seattle, USA.

Code

Unfortunately, the representations obtained for AOC and WSE (more info in the paper) were obtained using proprietary job postings. Therefore, some code snippets in the .py files might not work or needs modification (is indicated in the files) to make it work to your needs.

Nevertheless, we hope that this repository is still useful.
