Basic iPad application that allows patients to register their information, sign a consent for and answer survey questions. This information is then synced to a http server hosted on the same network. It is also possible to delete patients from the database.
This is a demo application and the final deployed version has been integrated into the CapeRay Mammography system and is property of CapeRay.
