Could I set the number of chromosomes in LDSC?

Hi,
I run LDSC with data from cattle. The cattle has 29 autosomes, however it only read the first 22 chromosomes. Could I set the number of chromosomes in LDSC?

Reading reference panel LD Score from ld/[1-22] ... (ldscore_fromlist)
Read reference panel LD Scores for 9361921 SNPs.
