The 3DVis package provides a bundle for coregistering brain imaging data to create 3D reconstructions with electrode placement and labeled brain regions. This package contains many components of open source, freely available software included for ease of use and installation. They are provided subject to the terms of their licenses. Download and unzip all packages from the Downloads section and place them in the "lib" directory. Follow the initialization instructions found in Coregister.pdf in the "doc" folder. Other platforms: Mac users will need to download the files and binaries for the external programs separately using the links below and add them to the path.
