Program provides its users much more discipline than their strict mother does blocking all so-called relax centres e.g. YouTube, Twitch or some sort of social networks. Main thing is: if you turned on the switch you have no chance to go back - there's no way you can close program so you have to stay calm and work hard unless the Botalka hasn't finished working.
