Partcile Swarm Optimiser operating on the Frequency Assignment Problem.
The algorithm was initially the first PSO to be applied to the FAP (not confirmed). It is applied to the SIEMENS class of benchmark problems found at http://fap.zib.de
This algorithm was initially designed and implemented as part of my Masters degree.
