Enable manually cropped pdfs as input

Currently, input pdfs must have no border at all to be processed successfully. However, there are certain brands that deliver patterns with a border for different print formats (letter, A0). Pdfs can then be cropped by hand in an editor for nobubo. However, the new cropped size is ignored due to the nature of the pdf standard.

GH-13 The core that assembles the collage now uses pdflatex. Even if the pdfs still have to be cropped by hand, nobubo can now successfully assemble cropped pdfs.
