Add option to define printing margin

When files are cropped, then fed into nobubo and the chosen output is for example A0, nobubo currently does not use printing margins. This means: a0 = 841 x 1189 mm and the whole space is used by nobubo as output. However, printers cannot print on the complete space, some margin must be taken into account. A new optional flag in mm is needed to allow such a margin:
margin 20 mm => printable area is (841-40)x1189-40) mm.
