1. Introduction
In 1999, the euro replaced the French currency: the franc. People from all over the world had 3 years left to give back all their francs. In 2002, the franc disappeared after more than 700 years of existence to make room for the Euro. The franc was a faithful image of French culture and success. In 2010, the French Central Bank estimated that more than 4 billion francs were not returned and were still in circulation in the hands of the people. With time, the removal of the franc left a bitter taste. While GDP growth was + 3% in 1999, it is never approaching this figure ever since. Many saw this sacrifice as the beginning of the French economic downfall and its loss of sovereignty. It was not possible at that time for people to change the course of things, there was an unprecedented pro-Euro propaganda campaign, all the mainstream media and all the most influential people were pushing to the obliteration of the franc. But things have changed since. 2. Technology
To achieve this goal, it is not necessary to recreate the wheel. BitCoin is the most popular cryptocurrency in the world, with more than 500 contributors and more than 20,000 forks at Github, the bitCoin team improves the work of Satoshi and publishes improvements regularly. We want to stay as close as possible to bitCoin for this reason. The KryptoFranc must be a reliable currency, based on a foolproof concept, and we will not add any exotic code that could jeopardize the security of Satoshi Nakamoto's engineering work. We'll stick as much as possible to the bitCoin core, so we can upgrade KryptoFranc along the path of the original crypto-currency and the most popular, as quickly as possible after each upgrade and each new version.
Simply put, KryptoFranc is bitCoin but with a different blockchain, having a different behavior adapted to this specific project so that the KryptoFranc becomes a major currency in the world. But the technology of the blockchain is exactly the same.
KryptoFranc is based on a POW (Proof of Work) system, because you can not strengthen the security of each transaction and blockchain as a whole, without making it difficult to decrypt, POW is the safest and most reliable way to do it. The POW method is essential to protect the blockchain against attackers and we will not introduce anything that could reduce its security. We also want to stay compatible with all miners and pools that run bitCoin: KryptoFranc is as easy to use as bitCoin
What is the difference between USD and EUR? Their features are the same, we can buy and sell. The same reasoning applies to both blockchains. The real difference is the number of coins printed, and the acceptance of people. There is no doubt in our mind that KryptoFranc will be a preferred currency of the users of the Franc in comparison with the bitCoin which is seen by many as a pure speculative and experimental entity.
3. The Goal
The purpose of KryptoFranc is to be accepted as a reserve currency by the French government. We believe that the financial system will experience a major crisis and that gold will not be able to save the euro in this scenario. Without cryptocurrency as a reserve currency, the eurozone will collapse into total chaos. When that happens, people will have nowhere to save their wealth other than cryptocurrency, it will be the only safe place. The French know the franc and KryptoFranc will be their alternative choice in case of financial collapse to replace the money. We believe that a country like France should have enough KryptoFranc to be able to print banknotes and coins from the cryptocurrency, which would be a sure measure to avoid a dramatic situation in case of failure of the missing euro cash to fuel the economy. We also believe that each country in the euro zone should have a double cash system, with notes in circulation in euros and in KryptoFranc, bitMark, bitLire, BitPesos etc ...
4. Emission
As explained in the previously, the KryptoFranc blockchain will not be the same as the one from bitCoin. We will issue 6.55 Billions of KryptoFranc between 1st January 2019 and 1st January 2022. This way we will match the French Central Bank capitalization. Then afterward we will have a deflationary coin generation that will reach a total of about 19 Billions over 100 years.
2.5 Billions of KryptoFrancs will be pre-mined and shared between the authors of the KryptoFranc, and used to finance the maintenance and the future development. KryptoFranc must be well funded to continue its path and be supported on the long term.

Avec le temps, l'élimination du franc a laissé un goût amer. Alors que la croissance du PIB était de + 3% en 1999, elle n’a jamais approché ce chiffre depuis. Beaucoup ont vu ce sacrifice comme le début de la chute économique française et sa perte de souveraineté. Il n'était pas possible à l'époque pour les gens de changer le cours des choses, il y avait une campagne de propagande pro-euro sans précédent, tous les médias grand public et toutes les personnes les plus influentes poussaient à l'effacement du franc. Mais les choses ont changé depuis. Avec l'invention de la technologie de la chaîne de blocs par Satoshi Nakamoto et la montée en puissance de bitCoin, il est désormais possible pour la bonne équipe, dotée des compétences techniques adéquates, de créer une monnaie sans l'approbation d'aucune autorité. Nous sommes cette équipe, alors pourquoi ne pas le faire? Le KryptoFranc est l'incroyable renaissance du franc. Nous allons coller autant que possible au noyau bitCoin, afin que nous puissions mettre à niveau KryptoFranc sur le chemin de la crypto-monnaie d'origine et du plus populaire, le plus rapidement possible après chaque mise à niveau et chaque nouvelle version.
Autrement dit, KryptoFranc est bitCoin mais avec une chaîne de blocs différente, ayant un comportement différent adapté à ce projet spécifique pour que le KryptoFranc devienne une devise majeure dans le monde. Mais la technologie de la blockchain est exactement la même.

La vraie différence est le nombre de pièces imprimées et l'acceptation des personnes. Il ne fait aucun doute que KryptoFranc sera la devise préférée des utilisateurs du franc par rapport au bitCoin, considéré par beaucoup comme une pure entité spéculative et expérimentale.
3. Le but
Le but de KryptoFranc est d'être accepté comme monnaie de réserve par le gouvernement français. Nous pensons que le système financier connaîtra une crise majeure et que l'or ne pourra pas sauver l'euro dans ce scénario. Sans crypto-monnaie comme monnaie de réserve, la zone euro va s'effondrer dans le chaos total. Lorsque cela se produira, les gens n'auront nulle part où sauver leur richesse autre que la cryptomonnaie, ce sera le seul endroit sûr. Les Français connaissent le franc et KryptoFranc sera leur choix alternatif en cas d'effondrement financier pour remplacer l'argent. Nous pensons qu'un pays comme la France devrait avoir suffisamment de KryptoFranc pour pouvoir imprimer des billets et des pièces de monnaie à partir de la cryptomonnaie, ce qui serait une mesure sûre pour éviter une situation dramatique en cas d'échec de l'euro manquant pour alimenter l'économie. Nous pensons également que chaque pays de la zone euro devrait avoir un système de double caisse, avec des billets en circulation en euros et en KryptoFranc, bitMark, bitLire, BitPesos etc ...
4. Émission
Comme expliqué précédemment, la chaîne de blocs KryptoFranc ne sera pas la même que celle de bitCoin. Nous émettrons 6,55 milliards de KryptoFranc entre le 1er janvier 2019 et le 1er janvier 2022. Ainsi, nous allons égaler la capitalisation de la Banque centrale française. Ensuite, nous aurons une génération de pièces déflationnistes qui atteindra un total de 19 milliards sur 100 ans.
2,5 milliards de KryptoFrancs seront pré-programmés et partagés entre les divers auteurs du KryptoFranc, et utilisés pour financer la maintenance et le développement futur. KryptoFranc doit être bien financé pour continuer sur sa lancée et être soutenu sur le long terme.
