Batch Connect - CARTA

An interactive app designed for OpenOnDemand that launches a CARTA server.

Prerequisites

Requires CARTA to be installed on the compute nodes (NOT the OnDemand node):

• Apptainer
• CARTA image file with CARTA_URL_PREFIX support

Install

Clone the app, customize the form and scripts to your liking and deploy as an app in OpenOndemand.

Contributing

1. Fork it ( https://github.com/c3se/bc_c3se_carta/fork )
2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-feature)
3. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some feature')
4. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature)
5. Create a new Pull Request against main branch.
