Considering forking and updating some components of this software, but cannot build

Any chance of some help building this solution?
All I am interested in at this point is the bed levelling tool.
I installed the software today, and used it to successfully level my bed, so it appears to still work with Marlin 2.0, but there were issues (Knob turn directions reversed)

Actually, I sat down yesterday and implemented what I wanted as a completely new app
https://github.com/evilC/MarlinProbeAssistedLeveler
It's only a console app for the moment, you need to edit values in the source to suit your setup, but it does work
