#Bar In Mind
Bar In Mind is an application designed to allow D.C. residents to collect and store data on the best bars in each neighborhood so they can use it as a reference when making plans. They can collaboratively add bars and neighborhoods to the database, and can rate and comment on bars that have already been created.

- As a user, I should be able to add a new bar to the database that belongs to a specific D.C. neighborhood
- As a user, I should be able to sign up and create an account
- As a user, I should be able to log in
- As a user, I should be able to see a list of all the neighborhoods
- As a user, I should be able to see all the bars for specific neighborhoods
- As a user, I should be able to rate the specific bars
- As a user, if I am logged in I should be able to create a neighborhood or bar
- As a user, I should be able to edit bars that I have created
###Phase 2:
- As a user, I should be able to display my favorite bars on my profile page
##How to run unit testing:
- Fork and clone the repository into your local
- In terminal, navigate into the directory you have just cloned down
- In the main directory, run
$ rspec
