Create Initial Documentation

Background

Some of the Cal-ITP projects like benefits have documentation as part of the project. This ticket is to evaluate whether to create similar developer documentation, and if there is other documentation that needs to be created, such as user documentation.

If we do need to documentation, this ticket should include adding setup for that documentation.

Acceptance criteria

• Decide on appropriate level of documentation
• Create initial documentation setup if necessary
