https://pypi.org/project/crdch-model/ should have a project description.

Turns out this is missing because I was using Poetry to publish that version (in PR #127); I've updated that PR to include a long description as well. If we go back to using twine (in PR #122), we'll have a long description there anyway. So we're good whichever we go with. Closing.
