Dockersised pyCRISPRcleanR for Dockstore

This project wraps pyCRISPRcleanR into a Dockstore tool.
Required inputs:
gRNA Counts file: tab separated file containing following fields:
sgRNA gene <control_count 1...N> <sample_count 1..N>
sgRNA library file format with following mandatory columns:
sgRNA gene chr start end
For additional optional input parameters please run pyCRISPRcleanR --help
This project is maintained using HubFlow.
- Make appropriate changes
- Test cwl workflow
cwl-runner pycrisprcleanr.cwl ../examples/HT-29_sample.json - Bump version in
DockerfileandDockstore.cwl - Push changes
- Check state on Travis
- Generate the release (add notes to GitHub)
- Confirm that image has been built on quay.io
- Update the dockstore entry, see dockstore-docs
