Package List in README.MD Needs Organization

As it stands, it requires additional effort on the part of the user to see what packages are available, since the list is disorganized.

Listing them alphabetically should resolve this.

I'll take care of it once I'm on my desktop (unfortunately, my laptop is out of commission at the moment, and I need to microsolder to repair it).
