When I update repo in eopkg, I get this message:
Updating repository: Cantalupo Program terminated. Could not fetch destination file "https://solus.cantalupo.com.br/eopkg-index.xml.xz.sha1sum": [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 522 - The requested URL returned error: 522

Yes, repo is down. I removed it from my list of repos. I think he abandoned this project or have no time to maintain.

Unfortunately, it would seem so.
I have only disabled it, however I will probably set up my own repo once I have the time and means (will be limited to what I personally package, however, so not much beyond Skype and libHandy/libAdwaita).
