So you've been using Memiary for a long time and want to switch to Day One Journal?
This ruby script will import your entries from Memiary to Day One
Go to http://www.memiary.com/settings/export
Export All-Time to RSS.
Save as all-time.rss in the same directory as this script.
run ruby memiary_importer.rb all-time.xml from your command prompt.
