A tool for extracting large batches of nuclear reaction rates from the 'STARLIB' Nuclear Reaction Rate Library for use in 'MESA'.
Extend to arbitrary network size. Account for compound reactions containing more than two interacting nuclei.
Creates text file in some instances where rate is not found in the STARLIB library.
