Format your csv structure to have a sorted index

usage (see if you are my uncle)

Download and put your csv file in the same folder as this script

python formatter.py file_name.csv

if your csv file does not have headers

python formatter.py file_name.csv --no-headers

if you want to start your index column at 1:

python formatter.py file_name.csv --no-headers --index-at-one

if you want a surprise

python formatter.py file_name.csv --no-headers --tio
