This repository contains (some of) the Matlab code to make EIT images. This includes
- Cross validated 0th order Tikhonov, with and without Noise correction.
- 1st order Tikhonov
- "optimal" protocol generation
- Hex or minecraft mesh creation from tetrahedral meshes
- writing to vtk
- code for quickly displaying data in paraview
- Image quantification (this needs work)
