- 1º Screen → Let's go button
- 2º Screen → Back to Home and Fill out the Form button
- 3º Screen → Select input, Radio input and Back, Next and Skip button (Next able only if there is an option selected)
- 4º Screen → Select input, Checkbox input and Back, Next and Skip button (Next able only if there is an option selected)
- 5º Screen → TextArea and Back, Next and Skip button
- 6º Screen → Information inputs required and Back and Submit button (Submit able only if the three information are filled)

- Input validation through JS
- Local data base
- Countdown characters on TextArea
- TypeScript
- Extra screen showing that the form was successfully completed
