Import lichess puzzle history

Lichess has an API for gettitng the puzzle history:

We should make it so that, from the settings page, you can choose to import the puzzles you've done on lichess into spaced repetition (failed or all).

I've been doing puzzle rush/puzzle streak lately and it'd be nice to support those too.

Annoyingly the API only lets you get the history for regular puzzles and not rush/streak but oh well, that would probably still be good.
