Simple plugin that can be used for reporting players. Basically everything players have to do is use /report and staff on server with permision to read reports will see their report and will SS/Punish the player!
Currently supported versions are:

This plugins uses only 2 permissions
rs.report - Give this permission to every normal player rank so they can use /report <player> <reason> permission
rs.recieve - Give this permission to every staff player rank so they can recieve reports from players
Compiled .jar file for your server is located in target folder and you can use jar file which is stored in that folder
