These themes are created for the MacOS terminal app.
In Terminal, open "Preferences" from the "Terminal" menu on the menu bar. Under the "Profiles" section, choose the gear icon dropdown menu at the bottom left, and choose "Import." Browse to the theme file you'd like to use.
