(WIP Documentation)
A program combined with a system-script to save the videos are currently open with the program VLC and then will reopen those videos upon reboot (also known as session resume)
The stored session information will contain a file to the currently open media AND the position (time) it was at when saved.

kde-vlc-session-manager.py save
kde-vlc-session-manager.py restore
There are two ways to install the program.
(1) The python script can be triggered by the KDE startup program assignment (typically done through the System Settings). (2) The shell script file kde-vlc-session-manager.sh file needs to be enabled on the system load. TBD. (This feature is currently experimental and the shell script is not yet complete.)
See also the requirements.txt file:
pip install dbus-python
Video session information is stored in the user's home directory.
