Mouse & Keyboard controls using Hand signs and movements(Object Detection and Recognition).
Note: yolov3-obj_13000.weights file is not committed here. You will not be able to run this software if you don't have pretrained model for hand signs and this software highly dependent on too many different tools (cudnn, cuda etc.) and thus it may not run as expected.
