Run the embedding projection online

  • Load data from the db
  • Run selected DL model on the server
  • Extract features from the embedding space (hidden layer)
  • Run dimensional reduction (to obtain dim<=3) on the server (UMAP/TSNE/PCA...)
  • Show and compare the projections using the scatterplot with dynamic image display
