A basic CRUD demo with devops process

- A Docker / Jenkins based CI/CD process with different stages
- Demonstrate basic responsive design with card list

- in-memory mockup apis monimo- Due to limited resource on the tmp cloud server, webhook based auto build is not enabled, need to manual trigger the job for now. To automatic the process, please contact me or raise an issue if required.
