[Bug] - Bad request with "[" and "]" in campaign name

Hello,

When we have brackets in the name of the campaign (and so in the tag name), some endpoints return a bad request.

• In the campaignList, no actions on the campaign can be done:
  

For us, not blocking because we don't use brackets in campaign name, there are only for this test campaign that permit to discover the issue.
