Rename jellyfish conda package

To eliminate the name clash with conda-forge:jellyfsh, we should rename our jellyfish conda package.
Since the motivation for maintaing this package is support for Python hooks (not provided in bioconda:kmer-jellyfish) we should just indicate that in the name.
eg. jellyfish-complete or jellyfish-with-hooks
