Simple Python script using Pillow.
Reads an input image and uses characters to generate a similar png image or html. "test.png" was converted into "result.png" and "result.html" Zoom in to notice result is composed from a concatenation of "github"s.
Filters such as edge enhancement can sharpen the result.
