The Basics
Write a RESTful CRUD service using any language/framework you like to create a service registry. Inputs will be http calls with curl or similar, outputs should be in JSON.

Data Model
Feel free to use whatever datastore you like.
To keep things simple use the following required fields:
- service_name
- owner
- description
- language
Timeframe
Timebox this to two days. We do not expect the first pass of this to be perfect. Feel free to ask questions for clarity, and feel free to use whatever resources you would normally use. This is not a quiz.
