Frontend work:

Remove page components
- CollectionPage
- CollectionsPage
Remove UI routes
Remove API client functions
Remove validation functions
- validateCollectionData
- validateCollectionIndexData
Remove /collections and /collections/<collection> from mock server
Remove collections i18n
Remove collections fixture
Remove sitemap entry
Remove feature flag
Update app bar links and remove collections
Remove types

Backend work:

Remove routes for /collections and /collections/<collection>
Remove collections related components

Archiving work:
