How to Upload firmware？

Your project is really cool. I love it. I don't seem to know how to upload the firmware properly. Pico has installed microPython and I have uploaded all the files to Pico's USB drive. The desktop software cannot be opened

Hey @cnn123666 thanks for your interest in the project! Sorry for the very slow reply, unfortunately I haven't had much time to work on this recently, I was in the process of setting up builds as the firmware is now written in TinyGo and not MicroPython.
You can build a .uf2 file as per the markdown file in this folder https://github.com/charlie-haley/flowcontrol/tree/main/src/flowcontrol/cmd/firmware
Hopefully I'll have some more time soon to fill out the documentation a bit more!
